Whether purposeful or not, leaders already have a brand by public opinion based on their style, behaviors and track record that is easily recognizable to others and influences their expectations and interactions with the leader. The Your Leadership Brand course teaches leaders how to craft a distinct, compelling leadership brand and develop a personalized action plan to integrate their brand into every aspect of their leadership approach.
This self-paced course offers flexible learning opportunities, hands-on activities and detailed strategies aligned to three phases for creating and living an impactful leadership brand.
The downloadable participant handouts and Supplemental Resource provide valuable takeaway pieces for post-course reflection and practice.

Shipped (Physical) Products: No returns or refunds.
Online Training: No refunds, exchanges, or substitutions after User registration on MyCLS has occurred. Refunds are subject to a 6% processing fee which will be subtracted from the return amount.
Workshops (Virtual and In-Person): Attendees may reschedule their registration to a future workshop within the same calendar year up to 10 days in advance of the original workshop date at no cost. Reschedule requests must be accompanied with the date and location of the alternative workshop and reschedules may only occur once. Cancellations between 30 and 15 days prior to the workshop date will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of enrollment. Cancellation within 15 days of the workshop date requires full payment. Cancellations of a rescheduled registration, regardless of time frame, requires full payment.
- Standard orders placed before 12:00 PM (ET) will ship the next business day.
- Standard orders placed after 12:00 PM (ET) will ship within two business days.
- Expedited orders placed before 12:00 PM (ET) will ship the same day.
EXAMPLE
If you place a standard order at 11:00 AM (ET) on Monday, it will ship on Tuesday. If you place a standard order at 1:00 PM (ET) on Monday, it will ship by Wednesday.
