The Situational Coaching® for Leaders course gives managers a practical framework for applying Situational Leadership® behaviors within coaching conversations.
Participants will learn to identify coaching opportunities, align their approach to individual needs and developmental goals as well as use targeted coaching interventions to strengthen engagement, performance and development.
The Situational Coaching® for Leaders public workshops are 2-day learning experiences. Through interactive instruction, hands-on practice and real-world application, participants build the skills and confidence to create meaningful coaching conversations that support sustained performance improvement.
