The Situational Coaching® for Leaders course equips managers to apply Situational Leadership® behaviors within coaching conversations, helping them tailor their approach to individual needs, address performance challenges and support ongoing development.
This training event inspires learning through collaboration with the facilitator and peers, as well as polls, discussions and relevant case study videos. During the course, learners will also receive valuable resources and sustainment tools to help them transfer the training to their own context back on the job.
Day 1: Participants explore the foundations of effective coaching and discover how coaching can strengthen performance, engagement and development. Through interactive discussions and practical activities, they learn key coaching principles, build essential coaching skills and practice approaches for creating meaningful coaching conversations. Day 1 focuses on developing self-awareness, understanding the coaching process and establishing the skills needed to support growth and accountability in others.

Day 2: Participants build on the coaching foundations established on Day 1 by applying advanced coaching techniques to real-world situations. Through practice, discussion and case study scenarios, they learn how to adapt their coaching approach to different needs, navigate challenging coaching conversations and create action plans that drive sustained performance improvement. Day 2 emphasizes practical application, building confidence and developing a consistent coaching approach that can be immediately implemented with their teams.

Online Training: No refunds, exchanges, or substitutions after User registration on MyCLS has occurred. Refunds are subject to a 6% processing fee which will be subtracted from the return amount.
Workshops (Virtual and In-Person): Attendees may reschedule their registration to a future workshop within the same calendar year up to 10 days in advance of the original workshop date at no cost. Reschedule requests must be accompanied with the date and location of the alternative workshop and reschedules may only occur once. Cancellations between 30 and 15 days prior to the workshop date will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of enrollment. Cancellation within 15 days of the workshop date requires full payment. Cancellations of a rescheduled registration, regardless of time frame, requires full payment.
