The Building Trust course equips learners with the knowledge, skills and motivation needed to develop personalized, actionable methods for creating an environment where trust is a core principle of effective leadership.
This self-paced course offers flexible learning opportunities, hands-on activities and strategies to cultivate trusting relationships, encourage trust willingness and rebuild lost trust. The content introduces three power bases and connects them to different elements of trust, while a self-assessment allows learners to gauge how well they embody trusting traits or see where there is room for improvement.
The downloadable participant handouts, Self-Assessment and Supplemental Resource provide valuable takeaway pieces for post-course reflection and practice.

Shipped (Physical) Products: No returns or refunds.
Online Training: No refunds, exchanges, or substitutions after User registration on MyCLS has occurred. Refunds are subject to a 6% processing fee which will be subtracted from the return amount.
Workshops (Virtual and In-Person): Attendees may reschedule their registration to a future workshop within the same calendar year up to 10 days in advance of the original workshop date at no cost. Reschedule requests must be accompanied with the date and location of the alternative workshop and reschedules may only occur once. Cancellations between 30 and 15 days prior to the workshop date will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of enrollment. Cancellation within 15 days of the workshop date requires full payment. Cancellations of a rescheduled registration, regardless of time frame, requires full payment.
- Standard orders placed before 12:00 PM (ET) will ship the next business day.
- Standard orders placed after 12:00 PM (ET) will ship within two business days.
- Expedited orders placed before 12:00 PM (ET) will ship the same day.
EXAMPLE
If you place a standard order at 11:00 AM (ET) on Monday, it will ship on Tuesday. If you place a standard order at 1:00 PM (ET) on Monday, it will ship by Wednesday.
