Onboarding for Performance goes beyond the typical organizational onboarding approach to help leaders adopt strategies that build a foundation for long-term success and achievement.
Through reflective activities and engaging content, participants will learn to apply key strategies to enhance their existing onboarding practices. Participants will develop an onboarding checklist with key touchpoints to establish common language, set expectations for communication and accountability as well as define performance goals and provide regular feedback to support continuous improvement.
This is a self-paced program that is designed to take approximately 2 hours.
IMPORTANT: The participant information provided will be used for enrollment, so please be sure to provide the information for the intended learner. Please note that it may take 1-2 business days from the time of your purchase until participants are officially enrolled in the course. The participant will receive a confirmation email once the enrollment is complete.
Shipped (Physical) Products: No returns or refunds.
Online Training: No refunds, exchanges, or substitutions after User registration on MyCLS has occurred. Refunds are subject to a 6% processing fee which will be subtracted from the return amount.
Workshops (Virtual and In-Person): Attendees may reschedule their registration to a future workshop within the same calendar year up to 10 days in advance of the original workshop date at no cost. Reschedule requests must be accompanied with the date and location of the alternative workshop and reschedules may only occur once. Cancellations between 30 and 15 days prior to the workshop date will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of enrollment. Cancellation within 15 days of the workshop date requires full payment. Cancellations of a rescheduled registration, regardless of time frame, requires full payment.
- Standard orders placed before 12:00 PM (ET) will ship the next business day.
- Standard orders placed after 12:00 PM (ET) will ship within two business days.
- Expedited orders placed before 12:00 PM (ET) will ship the same day.
EXAMPLE
If you place a standard order at 11:00 AM (ET) on Monday, it will ship on Tuesday. If you place a standard order at 1:00 PM (ET) on Monday, it will ship by Wednesday.
