Understanding others starts with understanding ourselves, which is what the DiSC® Behavioral Model enables leaders to do more effectively. By learning to recognize the motivations, priorities and traits of the four primary DiSC® styles, Situational Leaders can improve communication, benefit from different perspectives and bolster engagement.
The Leading With DiSC® course combines the Situational Leadership® approach with DiSC® style awareness to help leaders accurately diagnose readiness and match with leader behaviors tailored to others’ DiSC® tendencies.
This live, virtual training event leverages a social format to enrich and inspire learning through collaboration with the facilitator and peers, as well as polls, discussions and relevant video scenarios. During the course, learners also receive valuable resources and job aids to help them apply the learning back on the job.
Day 1: Participants explore and personalize several key concepts about their personal DiSC® style and those of others. They receive a high-level introduction to their Everything DiSC® Management Profile and practice people-reading characters in several video scenarios. Then they map their own team members and practice communicating and adapting to other styles.

Day 2: Participants start integrating Steps 3 and 4 of the Situational Leadership® Model into their new DiSC® awareness. They learn to recognize DiSC® style cues at different Performance Readiness® Levels so they can match their leadership behaviors to the follower’s preferences. They also learn to lead up to improve communication and outcomes with their own leaders.

Shipped (Physical) Products: No returns or refunds.
Online Training: No refunds, exchanges, or substitutions after User registration on MyCLS has occurred. Refunds are subject to a 6% processing fee which will be subtracted from the return amount.
Workshops (Virtual and In-Person): Attendees may reschedule their registration to a future workshop within the same calendar year up to 10 days in advance of the original workshop date at no cost. Reschedule requests must be accompanied with the date and location of the alternative workshop and reschedules may only occur once. Cancellations between 30 and 15 days prior to the workshop date will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of enrollment. Cancellation within 15 days of the workshop date requires full payment. Cancellations of a rescheduled registration, regardless of time frame, requires full payment.
