Situational Leadership® Essentials introduces learners to the Situational Leadership® Model and provides a framework for assessing the performance needs of others. The course teaches participants how to integrate the Situational Leadership® process into their daily routines to achieve results while keeping their teams engaged, informed and productive.
This live, virtual training event leverages a social format to enrich and inspire learning through collaboration with the facilitator and peers, as well as polls, discussions and relevant case study videos.
