The Situational Leadership® Essentials digital blended public workshop is a four-week, modern learning experience that teaches managers the Situational Leadership® Model and equips them with the skills to drive successful performance and pivot to meet the challenges of today's workforce.
This digital blended course, which includes self-paced learning along with three live sessions and collaboration amongst facilitators and a peer cohort, leverages a social format to enrich and inspire learning with polls, discussions and relevant case study videos. Lessons are spread over four weeks, enabling flexible, paced learning that supports reflection and maximizes retention within the flow of work.
