After completing the Situational Leadership® Essentials self-paced course, attendees will learn to drive behavior change by applying Situational Leadership® skills to performance conversations in the Situational Conversations™ virtual public workshop.

Situational Conversations™ introduces participants to the Situational Conversations™ Framework, a flexible blueprint for applying Situational Leadership® skills to preplanned and in-the-moment conversations. Leaders learn to acknowledge these ever-changing dynamics and consistently adapt to the needs of the performer.

This live, virtual training event leverages a social format to enrich and inspire learning through collaboration with the facilitator and peers, as well as polls, discussions and relevant case study videos. During the course, you will also receive valuable resources and job aids to help you apply what you learned back on the job.

Day 1: Participants will discover how a Situational Leadership® mindset supports leaders in having effective conversations and learn to communicate each leadership style while using the Situational Conversations™ Framework.

Day 2: Participants will learn to apply the Situational Conversations™ Framework to achieve a variety of conversational goals and begin applying it to their own conversations.

Prerequisite Requirement: Situational Leadership® Essentials

Please note that Situational Leadership® Essentials is a prerequisite for attending this course. By purchasing this course, you acknowledge and confirm that you have completed Situational Leadership® Essentials as a learner prior to registration.

If you have not yet completed Situational Leadership® Essentials, we encourage you to enroll in and complete the program before purchasing this course. Completion of the prerequisite is necessary to ensure you are fully prepared for the content of this workshop.

Online Training: No refunds, exchanges, or substitutions after User registration on MyCLS has occurred.  Refunds are subject to a 6% processing fee which will be subtracted from the return amount.

Workshops (Virtual and In-Person): Attendees may reschedule their registration to a future workshop within the same calendar year up to 10 days in advance of the original workshop date at no cost. Reschedule requests must be accompanied with the date and location of the alternative workshop and reschedules may only occur once. Cancellations between 30 and 15 days prior to the workshop date will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of enrollment. Cancellation within 15 days of the workshop date requires full payment. Cancellations of a rescheduled registration, regardless of time frame, requires full payment.

  • Standard orders placed before 12:00 PM (ET) will ship the next business day.
  • Standard orders placed after 12:00 PM (ET) will ship within two business days.
  • Expedited orders placed before 12:00 PM (ET) will ship the same day.

EXAMPLE

If you place a standard order at 11:00 AM (ET) on Monday, it will ship on Tuesday. If you place a standard order at 1:00 PM (ET) on Monday, it will ship by Wednesday.
