The Leading With Emotional Intelligence course enables leaders to drive performance, motivate teams and strengthen cooperation by harnessing the power of Emotional Intelligence.
This live virtual training event leverages a social format to enrich and inspire learning through interaction with the facilitator and peers and engages learners with polls, discussions and relevant case study videos. During the course, learners will also receive valuable resources and the EQ-i 2.0® Model handout to help them transfer the training to their own context back on the job.
Day 1: Participants learn about the EQ-i 2.0® Model and how to interpret the results of their EQ-i 2.0® Workplace Report. They explore the first two realms—self-perception and self-expression—and their related subscales through discussion, a case study video and coaching role-play activity. To turn what they’ve learned into actionable behavior change, learners create a development plan focused on any of the specific subscales discussed.

Day 2: Participants continue examining the EQ-i 2.0® Model in relation to their personalized reports with a look at the interpersonal, decision-making and stress management realms and their associated subscales. Three more case studies and an individual development plan bolster mental connections and application. Finally, learners participate in a FeedForward activity and consider an Action Plan for post-session application.

Online Training: No refunds, exchanges, or substitutions after User registration on MyCLS has occurred. Refunds are subject to a 6% processing fee which will be subtracted from the return amount.
Workshops (Virtual and In-Person): Attendees may reschedule their registration to a future workshop within the same calendar year up to 10 days in advance of the original workshop date at no cost. Reschedule requests must be accompanied with the date and location of the alternative workshop and reschedules may only occur once. Cancellations between 30 and 15 days prior to the workshop date will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of enrollment. Cancellation within 15 days of the workshop date requires full payment. Cancellations of a rescheduled registration, regardless of time frame, requires full payment.
