The Managing Conflict course enables leaders to develop self-awareness and skills that turn potentially destructive conflict into constructive conflict, enhancing the ability to diagnose and respond effectively to conflict situations.
This self-paced course offers flexible learning opportunities, hands-on activities and strategies to help participants discover their and others’ behavioral tendencies during conflict and how to adapt their approach for the best possible outcome. Participants will learn to recognize the signs of disruptive conflict, accommodate different conflict tendencies and apply the conflict management style that best fits the situation.
The downloadable participant handouts, Self-Assessment and Supplemental Resource provide valuable takeaway pieces for post-course reflection and practice.

Shipped (Physical) Products: No returns or refunds.
Online Training: No refunds, exchanges, or substitutions after User registration on MyCLS has occurred. Refunds are subject to a 6% processing fee which will be subtracted from the return amount.
Workshops (Virtual and In-Person): Attendees may reschedule their registration to a future workshop within the same calendar year up to 10 days in advance of the original workshop date at no cost. Reschedule requests must be accompanied with the date and location of the alternative workshop and reschedules may only occur once. Cancellations between 30 and 15 days prior to the workshop date will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of enrollment. Cancellation within 15 days of the workshop date requires full payment. Cancellations of a rescheduled registration, regardless of time frame, requires full payment.
- Standard orders placed before 12:00 PM (ET) will ship the next business day.
- Standard orders placed after 12:00 PM (ET) will ship within two business days.
- Expedited orders placed before 12:00 PM (ET) will ship the same day.
EXAMPLE
If you place a standard order at 11:00 AM (ET) on Monday, it will ship on Tuesday. If you place a standard order at 1:00 PM (ET) on Monday, it will ship by Wednesday.
