The Right Leadership Style for the Situation

The Center for Leadership Studies is pleased to now offer virtual certification for trainers to deliver our flagship program, Situational Leadership®: Building Leaders Virtual, from anywhere they choose without the added expenses of travel time and costs.

Our flagship program has been completely redesigned into a virtual modality that provides the same impact as our traditional, in-person instructor-led course but with new technology-enabled enhancements like breakout rooms, chats and polling. In addition, the course is broken up into six sessions with a three-part case study activity to give participants ample opportunity to practice the Situational Leadership® Model.

The certification course will teach you how to master the content and enable you to deliver it across your organization.

Virtual certification is a three-step process that includes:

Step 1: Trainers are required to attend a Situational Leadership®: Building Leaders Virtual public workshop session to experience the course as a participant in advance of the virtual certification. This consists of two half-day sessions. A member of our team will coordinate this with you.

Step 2: Trainers are guided through the virtual course's Leader’s Guide and learn how to effectively and accurately deliver the content. This review consists of one session during the times below:

Start Time: 11:00 A.M. (EDT)
End Time: 5:00 P.M. (EDT)

Step 3: Trainers perform teach-back segments of the program and receive feedback from our Certified Master Trainer. These sessions last up to 90 minutes and must occur within a week of the certification course.

Shipped (Physical) Products: No returns or refunds.

Online Training: No refunds, exchanges, or substitutions after User registration on MyCLS has occurred.  Refunds are subject to a 6% processing fee which will be subtracted from the return amount.

Workshops (Virtual and In-Person): Attendees may reschedule their registration to a future workshop within the same calendar year up to 10 days in advance of the original workshop date at no cost. Reschedule requests must be accompanied with the date and location of the alternative workshop and reschedules may only occur once. Cancellations between 30 and 15 days prior to the workshop date will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of enrollment. Cancellation within 15 days of the workshop date requires full payment. Cancellations of a rescheduled registration, regardless of time frame, requires full payment.

Expedited shipping orders will be shipped "same day" if received by 11 AM (ET) during normal business days.  All other orders will ship next business day.
