Situational Leadership®: Taking Charge Online is an engaging, scenario-based online course designed to help front-line employees and individual contributors develop a thorough understanding of the leadership process. When employees can recognize a clear connection between their performance and the success of the organization, they perform to the full extent of their capabilities, as opposed to simply working within the parameters of their job descriptions.

Utilizing the performance language of Situational Leadership®, participants learn to diagnose their own task-specific Performance Readiness® and effectively communicate their specific performance needs to their supervisors.

Objectives:

  • Explain the concept of leadership and its importance to successful and effective performance
  • Identify measures of success and engagement
  • Explain how the Situational Leadership® Model works and can be used to communicate an individual’s performance needs
  • Communicate Performance Readiness® for a specific task to solicit a leader’s response

There is a 5-person purchase limit for all online courses.

Physical and Shipped Products:  No returns or refunds.

Online Training: No refunds or exchanges after a User has been created, user registration, or any components of the online training be accessed.

Workshop Registrations: Attendees may reschedule their registration to a future workshop within the same calendar year up to 10 days in advance of the original workshop date at no cost.  Reschedule requests must be accompanied with the date and location of the alternative workshop and reschedules may only occur once. Cancellations between 30 and 15 days prior to the workshop date will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of enrollment.  Cancellation within 15 days of the workshop date requires full payment.  Cancellations of a rescheduled registration, regardless of time frame, requires full payment. 

Expedited shipping orders will be shipped "same day" if received by 11 AM (ET) during normal business days.  All other orders will ship next business day.
