This newly released bundle combines the power of the Situational Leadership® approach with the knowledge of how to apply its fundamentals in a consistent way between leaders and their teams.
Situational Leadership®: Building Leaders Online combines several web-based modules into a self-paced online course that equips participants with the foundational knowledge and skills necessary to begin applying the Situational Leadership® methodology. The course also prepares leaders to navigate the moment-to-moment challenges pervasive in today’s work environment.
After completing Situational Leadership®: Building Leaders Online, attendees will take the essential next step by taking Situational Coaching® Virtual. This virtual instructor-led course is designed to enable managers to consistently apply effective Situational Leadership® behaviors during performance-related coaching discussions. This workshop provides managers with the tools to unlock and maximize the engagement and performance of their teams, building their individual and collective capacity for higher levels of current and future performance.
**It is highly recommended that participants complete Situational Leadership®: Building Leaders Online PRIOR to attending the Situational Coaching® course as it relies heavily on knowledge obtained in the former’s materials.**
Format
- Situational Leadership®: Building Leaders Online is an online, self-paced course estimated at four to eight hours of learning content. Purchasers retain access to the online materials for 90 days
- Situational Coaching® Virtual is a virtually led, live instructor course with other attendees participating and interacting at set dates and times
Situational Coaching® Virtual Course Details
Our new virtual modality allows “anywhere” access to developing effective coaching skills and drastically reduces the cost of attending The Center for Leadership Studies' courses. We invite you to join us via MyCLS and become a virtual learner!
Day 1: Participants will receive an introduction to coaching, the relationship between coaching and the Situational Leadership® process and how to assess Performance Readiness®.

Day 2: Participants will learn the OFTEN Discussion Framework, effective coaching techniques and how to manage development and regression.

Note: After you place your order, a CLS representative will contact you to complete the learner registration. Please have the first name, last name and email address of the learner(s) to complete the course(s) readily available. Learners will receive an email from onlinesupport@situational.com with instructions on how to access course content and register for the virtually led course.
Shipped (Physical) Products: No returns or refunds.
Online Training: No refunds, exchanges, or substitutions after User registration on MyCLS.com has occurred. Refunds are subject to a 6% processing fee which will be subtracted from the return amount.
Workshops (Virtual and In-Person): Attendees may reschedule their registration to a future workshop within the same calendar year up to 10 days in advance of the original workshop date at no cost. Reschedule requests must be accompanied with the date and location of the alternative workshop and reschedules may only occur once. Cancellations between 30 and 15 days prior to the workshop date will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of enrollment. Cancellation within 15 days of the workshop date requires full payment. Cancellations of a rescheduled registration, regardless of time frame, requires full payment.
