This newly released bundle combines the power of the Situational Leadership® approach with the knowledge of how to advance leaders’ ability to influence others through their behavioral styles and preferences.
Situational Leadership®: Building Leaders Online combines several web-based modules into a self-paced online course that equips participants with the foundational knowledge and skills necessary to begin applying the Situational Leadership® methodology. The course also prepares leaders to navigate the moment-to-moment challenges pervasive in today’s work environment.
After completing Situational Leadership®: Building Leaders Online, attendees will learn to leverage the power of DiSC® by taking Leading With DiSC® Virtual. This program integrates the application of the Everything DiSC® Management Model with the Situational Leadership® process and provides a learning experience that enables participants to advance their ability to influence others. Participants explore their personal Everything DiSC® Management profiles to discover how their priorities and preferences shape their behavior and develop an awareness and appreciation of other styles. By applying the synergies between DiSC® and the Situational Leadership® Model, participants learn how to accurately diagnose Performance Readiness® and adapt their approach based on their interpretation of the DiSC® styles of those they lead. Participants will also develop action plans designed to support successful communication and coaching interactions.
Upon completion of this program, participants should be able to:
Describe the priorities and preferences that shape their DiSC® management style
Distinguish between the priorities and behavioral preferences of the four DiSC® styles
Utilize an awareness of DiSC® styles to facilitate successful communication with direct reports and their manager
Apply an awareness of DiSC® to accurately diagnose Performance Readiness® and respond with optimal leadership style behaviors
Develop targeted action plans to enhance their effectiveness as a leader
**It is highly recommended that participants complete Situational Leadership®: Building Leaders Online PRIOR to attending the Leading With DiSC® course as it relies heavily on knowledge obtained in the former’s materials.**
Situational Leadership®: Building Leaders Online is an online, self-paced course estimated at four to eight hours of learning content. Purchasers retain access to the online materials for 90 days
Leading With DiSC® Virtual is a live instructor-led virtual course with other attendees participating and interacting at set dates and times
Leading With DiSC® Virtual Course Details
Our new virtual modality allows “anywhere” access to developing effective coaching skills and drastically reduces the cost of attending The Center for Leadership Studies' (CLS) courses in person. We invite you to join us via MyCLS and become a virtual learner!
Leading With DiSC® Virtual explores the history and evolution of the Everything DiSC® Model and teaches participants to identify and gain insight into their and others’ behavioral styles and preferences. By then tying DiSC® styles to the Situational Leadership® Model and Performance Readiness® Level, leaders can more deftly flex their leadership style to the performer’s needs and influence success.
Day 1: Participants will receive an overview of DiSC® theory, examine their DiSC® style and inclinations, learn to read others’ behavioral cues and practice applying that knowledge to Performance Readiness® diagnoses and coaching interactions.

Day 2: Participants will delve deeper into the relationship between DiSC® and leader behaviors, learn to discern their manager’s DiSC® style and uncover ways to communicate and adapt when leading up.

Online Training: No refunds, exchanges, or substitutions after User registration on MyCLS.com has occurred. Refunds are subject to a 6% processing fee which will be subtracted from the return amount.
Workshops (Virtual and In-Person): Attendees may reschedule their registration to a future workshop within the same calendar year up to 10 days in advance of the original workshop date at no cost. Reschedule requests must be accompanied with the date and location of the alternative workshop and reschedules may only occur once. Cancellations between 30 and 15 days prior to the workshop date will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of enrollment. Cancellation within 15 days of the workshop date requires full payment. Cancellations of a rescheduled registration, regardless of time frame, requires full payment.
Expedited shipping orders will be shipped "same day" if received by 11 AM (ET) during normal business days. All other orders will ship next business day.
