Using Situational Leadership® to Reduce Unconscious Bias and Develop Leaders
When considering the challenges and complexities facing today’s leaders, it stands to reason that the job of a leader is more difficult than ever. In addition to COVID-19 and financial pressures, the past year has also brought issues of social concern and racial inequity to the forefront of challenges leaders must navigate. Although there is swelling interest in reducing social and financial disparities, there are barriers and obstacles to creating a more harmonious community landscape.
